PRE-ORDERS

At Claymore Shop, we are dedicated to offering the finest in style, quality, and craftsmanship. We are excited to announce exclusive shoe designs crafted by Alden, made specifically for Claymore Shop and our customers. These designs feature hand-selected materials, stitching, and details that make each pair unique.

Alden is renowned for its legacy of exceptional craftsmanship, making these shoes a timeless addition to any wardrobe. Due to Alden’s meticulous production process, pre-orders are essential to secure your pair.

PRODUCTION AND AVAILABILITY

The exclusive designs will be available in phases:

  • Spring
  • Late Summer
  • Fall

Alden will produce these shoes as materials and production space become available. Once Alden confirms our order, pre-orders will open. To stay informed about pre-order launches, we recommend joining our email list, as announcements are shared there first.

HOW PRE-ORDERS WORK

  1. Limited Production:
    • Alden shoes for Claymore Shop are produced in limited quantities. We require a minimum number of pre-orders to proceed with production.
  2. Pre-Order Timing:
    • Pre-orders for non-stock sizes close once Alden confirms production. Stock size pre-orders remain open until inventory sells out.
  3. Secure Your Pair:
    • Pre-order anytime before the official launch date or during the pre-order window to guarantee availability. Due to the bespoke nature of Alden’s craftsmanship, availability is limited.
  4. Waiting Lists:
    • If your size is unavailable, you may join our waiting list for a potential second production run, which depends on sufficient demand and material availability.

SIZING INFORMATION

  • Stock Sizes: 7.5D – 12D.
  • Non-Stock Sizes: Sizes or widths outside this range are made-to-order and require full payment.

For the best fit, we encourage you to visit our store for a professional fitting. Please pay close attention to the shoe’s last, as it significantly influences sizing.

PAYMENT POLICIES

  • Stock Sizes: A non-refundable $200 deposit is required.
  • Non-Stock Sizes: Full payment is required at the time of pre-order. These orders are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.

RETURNS AND FINAL PAYMENTS

  • Returns for Stock Sizes: Stock shoes may be returned if unworn, unused, and in salable condition within 14 days of purchase. The $200 deposit is non-refundable.
  • Final Payment: When pre-ordered shoes arrive, you will receive an email notification. Final payment must be completed within 10 days of notification. Failure to pay within this period may result in cancellation of your order and forfeiture of your deposit.
